We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer/Assembly Technician to join our client within an established team in Horsham. As a pivotal member of daily operations, your duties may include various tasks to support the assembly and production processes. You'll work alongside and learn from a team of skilled professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment where your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be highly valued.Responsibilities:" Operate machinery and equipment to produce bespoke products." Follow production schedules to ensure prompt completion of orders." Assemble and package custom products according to customer specifications." Perform quality checks to ensure each product has integrity and meets industry standards." Help in keeping a clean and organised workspace." Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes." Follow safety regulations and company policies at all times.Requirements:" Experience in a similar production role with knowledge of following mechanical drawings to assemble products is preferable" Applicants with previous consistent work history that shows reliability and commitment will be reviewed and considered."
