Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm office based

Our client is hiring an Office Administrator to join their welcoming and friendly team at their offices in Horsham. You will be required provide support across the business including general office facilities, administration support to several team members including the Director on occasion, and front of house duties for the business.

This is a busy and varied role with a range of different tasks, supporting a number of different team members. Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Manage incoming telephone calls and direct to team members
  • Maintain all office equipment including servicing schedules/ repairs as required with the help of suppliers
  • Create records and entering detailed information onto the company database, generating correspondence, and attaching documents
  • Set up conference calls in the boardroom and meeting room for the team and prepare meeting rooms for meetings and training sessions, utilising Teams / Zoom
  • Arrange refreshments and IT set up for meetings
  • Make travel bookings as required including conference attendance
  • Use databases and Excel spreadsheets to maintain client data and onboard new clients
  • Run reports as required
  • Update and maintain company policy/ procedure documentation and staff handbooks
  • Assist with regular and ad-hoc client project work
