LONG TERM TEMPORARY POSITION

HORSHAM

10AM - 2.30PM

OFFICE BASED - MONDAY TO FRIDAY

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a very friendly team in lovely offices close to all local amenities.

This very varied and interesting role includes:

  • Providing a helpful and personable contact point for all customer service enquiries, dealing with telephone and email requests and greeting visitors at Reception
  • Carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks to an exceptionally high standard, to strict deadlines
  • Data entry and updating spreadsheets
  • Reception duties such as welcoming visitors and showing them to meeting rooms, etc
  • Filing, arranging meetings and sending agendas
  • Checking and ordering stationery

About You

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
  • You’ll be a great team player who can build and maintain good working relationships
  • You will be organised, able to prioritise work and complete tasks within time critical deadlines
  • You must take great pride in the accuracy and attention to detail of your work
  • Previous, recent experience in an administrative / office role
