Reed Accountancy are seeking an immediately available Finance Assistant, to join our industry leading client's expanding team on a temporary basis. This role sits within a friendly, high performing team and training can be provided to bring you up to speed if required.

Duties of the Finance Assistant:

• End to end processing of weekly and monthly payroll• Processing new starters and leavers for payroll purposes• Processing company pension schemes ensuring compliance• Finalising payroll including submission, payments, pay slips, P45 and submissions to HMRC• Processing and maintaining a Purchase Ledger• Preparing and processing payments including weekly BACS payment runs• Processing Company credit card payments and receipts

Skills and Abilities• Good organisational and administration skills.• Problem solving skills.  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workloads.• Ability to ensure attention to detail is maintained. • Ability to meet deadlines.  • Ability to demonstrate good communication skills both orally and written.
