Alexander Lloyd is partnering with an Industry leading enterprise on the hire of a permanent payroll administrator to join their dynamic team.

Job Overview: As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees. You will work closely with HR and finance teams to maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll records and employee information in the payroll system.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll policies, tax regulations, and employment laws.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports and tax filings.
  • Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 preparation.
  • Collaborate with HR to manage employee benefits and deductions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Reconciliations of Tax & NI and Trade Unions, raise payments.
  • Experience of weekly and monthly payrolls by BACS for salaried, hourly and shift paid employees.
  • Strong knowledge of different payroll software's and MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
