Are you an experienced Manufacturing Technician with a strong background in electro-mechanical assembly? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team in a leading manufacturing environment.

Salary: £23,600 per annum plus bonus

Location: Horsham

Key Responsibilities:

Build electro-mechanical sub-assemblies, printed circuit boards, and final products while interpreting bills of materials and drawings.

Perform cleaning and packing of products using COSHH substances, ensuring proper use of provided PPE.

Raise non-compliance and rework records, as well as manage stores requisitions and build documentation changes when necessary.

Familiarize with quality management elements, including static handling precautions and workmanship standards.

Maintain and improve housekeeping and working practices, adhering to Quality ISO9001 and Environmental ISO14001 Management systems, along with Health and Safety Management System requirements.

Collaborate as part of a team to achieve departmental objectives and continuously improve product quality and processes, focusing on lean initiatives to reduce waste.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly and soldering is essential.

Knowledge of high voltage considerations is advantageous.

Understanding of mechanical assembly procedures and modern manufacturing techniques.

Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

IPC standard certifications are a plus.
