Project Manager
Are you an experienced Project Manager seeking a new and challenging opportunity? We are working with a leading multi-disciplinary Main Contractor who excel in the delivery of projects on a national scale which range in value up to 100m.
About the role of Project Manager
This role will see you leading a newly awarded project with a diverse team from inception to successful handover. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution ensuring that the project meets the client expectations.
Responsibilities for Project Manager
- Lead and manage the project from cradle to grave
- Develop programmes and risk management strategies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality assurance
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client
- Understanding the contract requirements as set out by the tender documentation and understanding the project conditions of the contract
Requirements for the Project Manager
- Strong on Project programming and delivery
- Previously worked on successfully delivering projects over 20m in the commercial or industrial sector
- Experience managing large multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects
