Vacancy: LETTINGS MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Residential Lettings

Location: Horsham, RH12

Salary: OTE £60k

Position: Permanent

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Manager / BDM who is enthusiastic, energetic and interested in further developing a career with a market leading Lettings Agency.

This is a great chance to join a smart, vibrant and well-known local brand with offices in the Horsham area and the opportunity to run and further develop the Lettings Office and team.

The perfect candidate will have an excellent track record in the Lettings industry, be a superb lister and business builder, and understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with current clients.

You will be proactive, articulate and well-presented and well-spoken and capable of dealing with properties across a broad price spectrum.

Previous experience at management level and having supervisory skills would be essential.

An ARLA qualification is desirable and you must have a comprehensive understanding of the lettings regulations and legislation.

The Company: Our client is a highly professional Independent Sales and Lettings Estate Agency, with an excellent reputation, a well-known brand, and offices in the Horsham area.

Skills required for this Lettings Manager / BDM role will include: 

  • Previous experience in as Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager
  • ARLA qualified preferable or willing to work towards it
  • Listing and instruction winning experience
  • Ability to build strong business relationships
  • Focused to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to win new business essential!
  • Full UK driving license and car owner required
  • Local knowledge of the Horsham area is preferred
