We work Hybrid at Wisdom, have done since 2018, we spend 2-3 days a week in the office in Horsham together. On your office days you will have the added bonus to work alongside a highly experienced Rec 2 Rec team.The financial rewards can be very high in both our Industry and certainly our sector. Rec 2 Rec is a fun sector., it has its moments, but the the rewards are big! We deal with sales people all day long .. Both our candidates and clients are sales folk!You will never have a dull day with us, that is a promise!Running a desk at Wisdom can sometimes feel like working a temps' desk ..all the pace but with chunky PERM fees at the end of it.Fast turnaround - good fees - BIG commission ** NO PSL'S* * NO GATEKEEPERS ** NO MICRO MANAGING ** NO KPISAnd best of all, a client bank that wants to take your call!Our clients need and want us as much as we do them.

For us it is simply about placing our candidates, not putting numbers on the board or ticking a box!So what does it really look like at WISDOM REC 2 REC ..

2 days in the office in Horsham , although we could be open to 1 day a week if the experience is right and the location is too far.

2.30pm finish every Friday, with the chance to finish at midday every Friday and have the last Friday of every month off ( that's a gifted extra 12 days annual leave per year).

30% uncapped Commission - our comms plan is unrivalled

Flexible start and finish times every day.

Extended lunch hours up to 2 hours daily

28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
