Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Horsham
Salary: 26k - 36k basic
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm flexible hours, hybrid.
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant for our client based in Horsham. You will be joining a warm desk, however, let's be honest you will never run away from BD!

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best match for each role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job brief to successful placement
The ideal Recruitment Consultants Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience
- Confident and kind personality
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a hunger for success
