The RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships, driving business growth. This sales-driven role involves client development, candidate sourcing, and delivering exceptional service. Every day brings new challenges in this fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Build relationships with clients through calls, meetings, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Recruitment Cycle: Source, screen, and match candidates to job opportunities.
  • Sales & Targets: Achieve monthly targets by managing accounts and driving revenue.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with our experienced team to contribute to branch success.
