Salary: Up to £28,000 (Experience Dependant) + Commission + Benefits
We are a leading recruitment agency specialising within the Rec 2 Rec sector.
Established for over 16 yeras and a well respected name in the Industry.
The Role:
Wisdom are seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to support our clients consultants in delivering top-tier recruitment services.
This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and engaging candidates for a variety of Rec 2 Rec roles.
You will work closely with experienced consultants to understand client needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates using various platforms and databases
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and qualify suitable candidates
- Maintain and update candidate/ client records in our CRM system
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Assist in the preparation of job advertisements and marketing materials
- Support consultants & the Director in managing client relationships and candidate communications
- Responsible for Wisdom's social media & keeping our website up to date.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in recruitment is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- A proactive and results-driven attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
