Branch Leadership: Take ownership of each branch you’re working in, ensuring both team motivation and branch profitability.
Team Motivation: Lead by example, running daily morning meetings and coaching sessions to inspire and guide the team.
Business Development: Generate new leads and secure new business, driving branch performance to exceed targets.
Property Valuations: Use your expertise to value properties and advise clients on showcasing their homes to achieve the best possible price.
Market Expertise: Stay informed on current market conditions and build a reputation as a trusted expert in your field.
