This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing role, with the option of hybrid working after a probationary period.

The Role:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure maximum spend and exceptional service
- Maintain and build relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction & enhance rapport.
- Process orders, amend contracts, and update customer details accurately
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities by analysing competitor data
- Propose actions to enhance sales performance and uncover opportunities for growth
What they're looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service or account management role is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer awareness and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially when handling and analysing data.
