If you love helping customers, handling quotes, pricing orders, and picking up the phone, then this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responding to customer sales enquiries via phone, email, and quotations.
  • Using internal stock control system to check prices and delivery times.
  • Quoting prices and making sure customers get the best information, fast.
  • Following up on quotes to secure those all-important orders.
  • Picking up the phone and speaking to customers – no hiding behind emails!
  • Negotiating pricing terms in line with company policies.
  • Assisting with sales order processing and liaising with procurement, sales, and production teams.
  • Supporting field-based sales reps with pricing and product information.
  • Covering their Live Chat feature to engage with online customers.
  • Ensuring every customer gets top-notch service and the right product at the right price.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in quoting, pricing, or sales support
  • A confident phone manner – you’re happy to pick up the phone and talk to customers.
  • Strong numeracy skills – you’re comfortable working with prices and figures.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude – you love solving problems and getting things done.
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Team player – you collaborate well with colleagues across different departments.
  • Tech-savvy – familiar with stock control systems and comfortable using computers.
