Finance Assistant (Temporary - Immediate Start)

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join a dynamic team on a temporary basis, starting this week!
This is a fantastic chance for someone eager to showcase their skills in a busy environment, working closely with the small finance team to ensure smooth and efficient operations covering long term sick in the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Assisting with financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Supporting month-end and year-end accounting tasks.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance.
- Collaborating with the team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work under minimal supervision.
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
This is full time 8:30- 4:30pm or 9-5pm Monday to Friday office based. You will need to be a driver due to location
