• Deliver engaging and inspiring art lessons across various key stages in our all-through school.
• Develop and adapt lesson plans and instructional materials to meet the varied needs and interests of students.
• Encourage creativity and artistic expression among students, while also teaching techniques and concepts in various art forms.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress in art, both in practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
• Collaborate with other teachers and departments to integrate art into a broader educational context.
• Participate in school events and art exhibitions, showcasing student work and the school’s commitment to the arts.
• Maintain a dynamic and inspiring classroom environment that stimulates learning and creativity.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification in Art.
• Experience teaching Art at various levels, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and assessment methods.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to appreciate and excel in Art.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Creative and dynamic approach to teaching and curriculum planning.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
