About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated History Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis from February half term. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Key Stage 3 and some Key Stage 4 students, inspiring a love for history and helping students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging history lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching history at KS3 and KS4 levels.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and dynamic classroom environment.
