As an Administrative Assistant, you will support their team by managing databases, assisting with client tenders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain company databases
  • Assist in managing the internet bidding portal
  • Support bid evaluations and tender submissions
  • Create and edit presentations for client and prospect meetings
  • Contribute to monthly market reports and weekly project lists
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff to boost productivity
  • General office duties to ensure seamless operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
