Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) specialise in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
We're on the hunt for a Branch Manager for our site in Horsham, who's as passionate about great service as we are!

Working Hours:7.00 - 5.00 Monday to Friday
Location: Units 3&4 Oakhurst Business Park, Wilberforce Way, Southwater, Horsham RH13 9RT
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement

Build and develop great relationships with new and existing customers at contracts, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions

Build effective relationships with Suppliers

Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work

Required Skills and Experience

Leadership of up to 6 people gained in Builder's Merchant or Construction Supply

Proven successful experience managing branch P&L
-
Ability to coach, motivate and support experienced teams

A full, manual UK driving license
