Branch Manager Designate - Builders Merchant

Our client are a leading regional Builders Merchants providing building supplies to a mixture of trade and retail customers including contractors, house builders, housing associations, and end users.

Due to the companies desire for a suitable Branch Manager succession plan, they are looking to bring a Branch Manager Designate into their business in one of their West Sussex branches. This is an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Branch Manager, or a current Branch Manager to join the business at ABM level with a view to progressing to Branch Management when a suitable opportunity arises.

You will be an integral part of the management team within a busy Builders Merchant branch. This will give you time to develop any skills still required for branch management, learn the systems and way of working, and provide a softer entry to the business before taking on a Branch Management position.
