Store ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in retail management, exceptional leadership skills.  As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store’s operations, ensuring it runs smoothly and meets set targets.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with all retail practices including retail laws, security, health and safety, and GDPR.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve store and company objectives.
  • Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
  • Plan, organise, and delegate work among the store’s team.
  • Manage stock control and implement store operation processes to minimise risk and cost.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently.
  • Drive sales through effective merchandising and customer engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Essential: 

* Educated to GCSE level with basic IT skills.

* At least 2 years’ experience as a store supervisor/deputy manager in a similar retail environment.

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and lead by example.

* Literate, with the ability to plan, organise, and delegate effectively.
