Position: Residential Support Worker
Location: Horsham
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: 25,480 per annum

Role and Responsibilities: As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
- Provide individualised support to children with autism and SEMH challenges.
- Assist with daily routines and activities, fostering a safe and structured environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff.
- Implement personalised care plans and behavioural strategies.
- Encourage positive social interactions and emotional development.
- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of all students.
Requirements of a Residential Support Worker:
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
- Understanding of autism and SEMH challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and resilience.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
