A specialist day centre is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join their vibrant care service for young people with moderate to severe SEN and complex needs. Supporting over 50 individuals, the centre fosters a love of learning and personal growth, helping young people develop life skills, build confidence, and enhance their employ-ability.
Role Details:
- Parttime (3-4 days a week)- Permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (Year-round)
- Start Date: ASAP

Your role will include:Supporting with life skillsSupporting with homework/ study/ educational activitiesPromoting independence amongst the people we supportSupporting people we support with Personal care needsDealing with complex needsLiaise with other agencies and families when necessary
Skills required for the roleExcellent communications skills to liaise with other agenciesKind, nurturing and committed individual who is keen to support SEN learnersExperience working within the care sector ( desirable)Eligibility to work in the UK
