Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon- Fri)

Our client's assessment centres, rehabilitation units and hospitals use expert neurorehabilitation to support people to regain the skills they have lost.

They treat people with a range of brain injuries - sustained through trauma, illness, substance abuse and more - to recover and meet their personal goals. The Role

This opportunity is based at our service Kerwin Court, Slinfold near Horsham.

  • Sixteen ensuite bedrooms, two self-contained flats, and five separate bungalows on the grounds
  • Two fully equipped rehabilitation skills kitchens
  • Four assessment and therapy rooms
  • A courtyard and a garden area
  • Activities rooms, including an art and crafts room
  • Three communal lounges/areas, including a main TV lounge, games room, and one quiet room

You will manage all aspects of the service to ensure the highest quality standards of treatment and care.

They would like you to lead, motivate and develop your multidisciplinary team - empowering them to perform to their potential when supporting residents.

About you

We’re looking for:

• a Registered Manager with a QCF (NVQ) level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent

• a record of managing a high quality, multi-site residential service

• a strong commitment to person-centred independence-building services

• experience of managing budgets and financial systems

• an experienced people leader with a track record of developing a team and managing performance
