Pay rates are capped. Whist we are able to pay up to £38, this rate is for those deemed to be at a qualified Social Worker with at least 2 years experience

We can offer £35 ph plus £150 pw expenses if the candidate lives outside West Sussex

Working arrangements - Mix of both - office based 3 days a week and the rest from home Location - Horsham

In this role, you will act as a social worker responsible for providing mental health services and supporting hospital discharge. You'll work with a mental health hospital discharge hub, complete assessments, plan aftercare, and work with individuals and their families. Flexibility and travel are required, and you need a relevant degree or equivalent qualification, professional registration, and a valid driving license. Experience in social work and knowledge of relevant legislation are essential
