Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students in the classroom and during other school activities.
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering individualised learning plans.
• Support students in developing social skills and managing behaviour.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Requirements:
• Previous experience working with secondary school students, particularly those with SEN, is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the diverse needs of students.
