We’re looking for compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistants to join a specialist school in Guildford. The school supports children with Autism and profound multiple learning difficulties, offering personal care and a range of therapies, including Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy.

What You’ll Do:
- Support children with PDA and Autism in one-to-one or small group settings.

- Provide sensitive personal care and foster a nurturing, safe space for students to thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for working with children with additional needs, especially PDA.
- Patience, empathy, and creativity in your approach.
- Excellent communication and the ability to build trust.
- Experience in SEN or education (helpful but not essential – full training provided).
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
