Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Learning Support Assistant role within state or independent schools is highly desirable.
  • Candidates with transferable skills from backgrounds such as residential support worker, care worker, or individual needs assistant are also welcome to apply.
  • A genuine passion for working with children, particularly those with SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health issues).
