Primary Teacher -SEN School in West Sussex

NextGen Teachers are currently working with a Specialist Provision located in West Sussex who are seeking to recruit full-time Primary School Teacher.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for educating young learners in various subjects. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.

We're seeking a candidate who is passionate about making a difference to pupils' lives who have Special Educational Needs and have a genuine passion for teaching and nurturing the growth of children as this is crucial to this role.

This role in this school will be to:

  • Create engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of the students
  • Employ effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
  • Assist in writing IEP targets and IEMs that are directly linked to group teaching
