The salary for this position ranges from £28,000 to £35,000 basic, with an expected OTE of £60,000 to £70,000 including commission.
Candidates must have previous experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor and be fully CeMAP and CAS qualified.
The role includes responsibilities such as liaising with lenders, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The position offers full admin support and is fully office-based.

Salary - 28k-35k basic + commission (60k - 70k OTE)

CompanyWe are working with a small company who are looking for a mortgage and protection advisor to join their team and work out of their office in Horsham. All leads are provided, they work with estate agencies so they get organic leads from the walk ins, word of mouth etc. You will also be given full admin support!

Mortgage & Protection Advisor Responsibilities;

Liaise with lenders to secure competitive mortgage rates
Stay updated on mortgage products, policies, and regulations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Must be able to manage own diary

Requirements to become a Mortgage & Protection Advisor;

Previous Mortgage & protection Advisor experience
Fully CeMAP & CAS qualified
Must be able to manage own workload and stay organised
