Job Opportunity
A position is now available in the role of Centre Manager. The job is the day-to-day management of a busy Tyre and Service Centre which will include looking after a small team of staff, dealing with the customer base and maintaining the high standards of service currently enjoyed by the patrons of the business. The ideal candidate for the role will have good automotive knowledge, including experience with tyre sales/businesses as well as leading and motivating a team. Responsibilities
- Run a small team in this busy workshop
- Ensure high levels of customer service and sales are maintained
- Take customer bookings, deal with any issues, maximise sales opportunities
- Oversee health and safety for the branch
Qualifications
- Great customer service ethos
- Experience managing a team of technicians
- A background in automotive management ideal
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary £38k - £40k
- Monthly bonus scheme
