A longstanding and expert provider of Asbestos Management services in the South of England are now seeking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their established team. The successful candidate will be attending Commercial and Domestic sites and will be able to confidently carry out various surveying and analytical services in line with client requirements. Due to the nature of the role and client requirements, they would give consideration to candidates who only hold the BOHS P403 & P404 and are looking to join a company where they can gain further qualifications and expand their experience and knowledge. This role would be beneficial to candidates looking to cover contracts predominantly in the Southern Counties
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Redhill, Horley, East Grinstead, Crawley, Caterham, Horsham, Haslemere, Burgess Hill, Uckfield, Lewes, East Grinstead, Shoreham-by-Sea, Worthing, Reigate, Eastbourne, Sutton, Epsom, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Orpington, Bromley, Croydon.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold a combination of the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications.
" Experience carrying out both surveying and analytical duties for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Company is beneficial to the role.
" Able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Excellent communication skills.
" IT literate, confident using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
The Role:
" Undertaking Management, refurbishment, demolition and re-inspection surveys.
" Conducting 4 stage clearances.
" Preforming smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
" Providing clients with certificates of re-inspection.
" Using industry relevant systems to produce detailed and site-specific reports.
" Working in accordance with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Liaising with clients, providing support and technical advice when required.
" Attending various Commercial and Domestic properties.
