?? Location: Horsham (Must be a driver with your own transport)?? Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE? Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

?? The Role:As the Service Desk Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the operations, ensuring the smooth running of the service desk while mentoring and developing a talented team of engineers. You’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day activities, resolving escalations, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Service Desk, working closely with senior leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the engineering team, ensuring tickets are managed efficiently.
  • Identify and address trends in service-related issues, escalating to Directors when necessary.
  • Resolve client complaints and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage proactive maintenance and system configurations in collaboration with senior engineers.
  • Conduct regular reviews with team members, supporting their personal and professional development.
  • Maintain high service standards by ensuring all processes are accurately followed and documented.
  • Promote the Service Desk’s value as a vital business asset within the organisation.
  • Act as a role model for the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
