Job Title: Training Administrator (Temp to Perm)

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic training team based in Horsham. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating training activities, ensuring the smooth booking and recording of our team's development. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries, providing prompt answers to simple questions and directing complex ones to the appropriate team members.
- Organize training sessions, including booking courses with trainers and venues.
- Send booking details to participants in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders and invoices related to training activities.
- Maintain and update accurate training records.
- Issue training certificates to participants upon course completion.
- Collect and manage feedback from training sessions to continuously improve our offerings.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within a training or HR environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Proficiency in IT and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
