Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring all items are checked for quality, accuracy, and proper documentation.
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet specific requirements while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling enquiries, assisting with orders, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Prepare goods for shipment by labelling, packaging, and completing all necessary paperwork.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
• Keep the warehouse clean and tidy, report maintenance issues, and assist with other general tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• A self-starter who thrives in a stand-alone role and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is essential.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
