Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals, including stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect and ensure all welds meet industry standards and company quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and production targets.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with various welding techniques and metal fabrication processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant welding qualifications/certifications (preferred but not essential).
