The Communicator: Your excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills allow you to engage with students on a personal level, helping them understand, interact, and build confidence.

The Explorer: You adapt to the diverse needs of pupils, tailoring your approach to each individual's education, health, and care plan (EHCP). Whether in groups or 1:1 settings, you are ready to navigate their world.

The Collaborator: You work closely with teachers and other staff to deliver bespoke learning experiences, supporting both academic and behavioural goals.
