Location: Bolton
Salary: up to 43k
You will ensure all plant and equipment are maintained to maximise productivity and quality in a safe environment. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will act on your own initiative, seeking advice from Project Engineers only when necessary. You will liaise with staff from other departments as required and refer to Process Leaders or designated staff concerning potential production loss, quality issues, or health and safety concerns.

- Craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in the field.
- Experience with computerised maintenance management systems.
- Knowledge of Asset Care programmes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively within the team and with other departments.
- Motivated and enthusiastic about driving continuous improvements.
