Right now, we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD to develop their nursing career at our home located in Sunderland, Tyne & Wear .
Our care home offers personalised elderly nursing care to vulnerable elderly people living with dementia as well as respite care.
We are looking for a Registered nurse RGN / RGN or RNLD to come and join as part of our management team as a Clinical lead.
Requirements :
- Full eligibility to work and live in the UK
- Previous leadership experience
- At least 1 year experience working in a nursing home
Your responsibilities as a Clinical lead ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) will be but are not limited to :
- Leading the nursing team to deliver safe and high standard care
- Supporting, guiding, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times
- Encouraging positive working relationships within the team
- Ensuring a welcoming, safe and engaging environment is provided for all residents
- Supporting the delivery of improvements within the home
- Supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
- Developing care plans and Staff Rotas
