MTrec's New Opportunity:

  • Electronics Production Operative (SMT) role within our expanding electronics manufacturing team.
  • Primary responsibilities include operating SMT machinery, selecting relevant programs, and populating Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).

The Job You'll Do:

  • Work within the SMT cell, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and executing relevant programs for PCB assembly.
  • Utilize skills in interpreting assembly build documents and conducting inspection and touch-up of PCBS.
  • Demonstrate confidence in working with machinery, with full training provided.

About You:

  • Ideally, possess experience in an SMT facility or manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to learn new skills required to operate the SMT line.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent attention to detail, good eyesight, and dexterity for accurate performance of repetitive tasks.
  • Reliable and flexible approach to work, with a keen willingness to learn and develop new skills.
