Job title: Administration Coordinator
Hourly rate: 14.35p/h
Duration: until Friday 25th July 2025
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm - Monday to Friday (2 days working in the office)
Location: Houghton le Spring - must be able to drive, parking available
Are you looking for an opportunity to work within a fast paced environment, responsible for the administration and coordination of various projects?
What You'll Do:
- Managing multiple Outlook inboxes to facilitate timely communication with customers.
- Completing onboarding processes for customers in preparation for trials.
- Tracking and reporting on the success rates of various recruitment strategies.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to track trial progress.
- Supporting the creation and distribution of digital test codes.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Strong organisational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrable experience in a customer/client-facing role
- Able to work at pace with minimal supervision, using own initiative to solve problems and seek out information when not readily available
- Experience of working with or in schools
- Must be able to drive as location as required in the office 2 days a week and limited public transport
