To carry out all aspects of the production processes to concur with the Company’s required standards of performance, quality and safety. As a Production Operator, your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality products, including setting up machines and running orders as per the production plan, while adhering to stringent quality and safety standards and following company internal procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

Documentation and Administration

  • Batch documentation to be completed and then passed to the relevant Line Manager.

Product Schedule

  • Ensure that the schedule is adhered to as outlined by Line Manager.

Product Quality

  • Ensure all products are manufactured in accordance with product specification.
  • Highlight errors/problems in a timely fashion and liaise with Line Manager to assist with reducing the impact on the business of the quality issue.

Quality and Management

  • Ensure cleaning is completed to a satisfactory level, and record appropriately.
  • Report any deviations or non-conformities identified to Manufacturing Supervisor.
  • Ensure all work is carried out as per company Standard Operating Procedure’s.

Equipment and Environment

  • Ensure machinery is adequately maintained.
  • Ensure the machinery is clean at the end of the day.
  • Ensure any defects are reported and repaired as soon as possible
