About the Role

As aSales Executive/ Sales Development Manager youll be the face of the development, guiding customers through the exciting journey of buying their dream home. This is your chance to work with a company that combines industry leadership with a vibrant and supportive working environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming potential buyers and offering expert guidance on the available properties.
  • Conducting property viewings, both in-person and virtually, to showcase the lifestyle and quality of the homes.
  • Managing the entire sales process, from the first inquiry to the moment customers receive their keys.
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of pricing, incentives, and new property launches.
  • Collaborating with marketing and development teams to enhance the customer experience.
What Were Looking For
  • Previous experience in property sales, ideally within new homes or real estate, but would consider someone from the automotive industry,
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, target-driven approach with a passion for customer service.
  • Flexibility to work Thursday to Monday weekends are key for connecting with buyers.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
