As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will provide crucial administrative support and contribute to the divisions marketing efforts. This role requires expertise in graphic design and social media content creation. The individual will ensure seamless preparation and processing of sales documents, assist in developing marketing materials, and support the execution of marketing campaigns

The Responsibilities include:

Provide administrative support to the sales team.

Support with sales contract preparation, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.

Work with the marketing team to design and create attractive marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email campaigns.

Use graphic design skills to create high-quality visual content that aligns with the companys brand identity.

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.

Are you a motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant with experience of working in the Energy sector? If this sounds like you, we really want to hear from you. You will require to have the following skills:

2 years experience in a sales administration and marketing support role.

Graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software

Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment

Ability to act on own initiative and prioritise own workload as well as working in a team
