The Job you will be Doing;
- Taking inbound calls
- Building rapport with clients and customers
- Taking orders over the phone
- Making quotations for customers
- Updating company systems
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- General administration duties
About you;
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Possess an excellent telephone manner
- Have knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Experience of sales order entry is desirable
- Be computer literate
- Be able to work to deadlines
