Temporary Site Manager - Kitchen & Bathroom Scheme

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a Kitchen & Bathroom scheme in the social housing sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and challenging project with ongoing work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all site operations for a busy kitchen & bathroom refurbishment programme.
  • Coordinate reactive works and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Lead site teams and sub-contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Ensure excellent communication and collaboration with tenants and stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

  • SMSTS certification (up to date).
  • CSCS Card (Manager level).
  • First Aid at Work (3-day course).
  • Asbestos Awareness certification.
  • Proven experience in social housing refurbishment projects, particularly kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous roles with social housing contractors desirable.
  • Strong background in managing reactive works.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
