Are you a skilled and experienced Domestic Plumber looking for a rewarding contract role?
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Domestic Plumber to join our team in Houghton le Spring. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of domestic plumbing tasks, including repairs and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of plumbing tasks, including: Pipe work cutting and soldering, Fitting washer valves, Removing and refitting washers, sinks, and radiators, General plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Communicate effectively with clients and site management
Requirements:
- Valid plumbing qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
- Proven experience in domestic plumbing
- CSCS card
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Own tools and transport are essential
