MFL Academic Mentor - Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group support to students in Modern Foreign Languages.
- Collaborate closely with teaching staff to create engaging learning plans.
- Provide support both inside and outside the classroom to drive student progress.
- Foster a positive learning environment and support students with SEND to achieve their goals.
MFL Academic Mentor - Essential Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 degree in a Modern Foreign Language from a top UK university.
- A*- B grades in MFL at A Level, with a strong understanding of MFL curriculum.
- Experience working with young people, with confidence in managing behaviour.
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their potential.Â
