An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a logistics company based in Hounslow. This role is offering excellent progression and hybrid working options.
Responsibilities:
- Provide essential Financial control and planning for the business unit.
- Maintaining the financial oversight for the business units
- Complete month end process for multiple locations in finance systems according to reporting deadlines.
- Preparation of weekly flash, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
- Provide analysis of opportunities and risks for sites.
- Ensure compliance with company internal control procedures.
- Proactively engage with site manager from different sites and divisional management to enhance understanding of their respective financials and assisting in optimising financial performance.
- Weekly business review calls with management and sites ensuring key financial areas are monitored and variances challenged.
- Monthly preparation of customer reporting.
- Generate and present a range of financial and ad hoc reports for use by both internal and external customers.
- Assist with pricing proposals for new customers and preparation of capex papers.
- Ad hoc financial analysis.
- Assisting in financial analysis for new projects.
Requirements:
- Part or Fully qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent
- Previous experience in Logistics or Energy sectors.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
